HOW WE IMPROVED ONE CLIENT’S TURNOVER AND PROFITABILITY!                                              A few months into their financial year, one of our retail clients were already several percentage points down on their previous year’s financial results.                             Naturally, they asked us to reverse this situation, which we successfully did.                      By the end of that financial year their business was over 10%higher than the previous year and profits were up. We acchieved this by working closely with the client’s senior manangement team to deliver a marketing strategy that included creating a unifying campaign theme, traditional media, social media and in-store promotions and events. Working with the client’s management team, sales staff and buyers coupled with a well executed marketing strategy brought about the results we all strived to achieve.
